El Mercurio.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"entry-content entry clearfix\">\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Ministerio de Turismo<\/strong>\u00a0confirm\u00f3 que durante el feriado nacional del\u00a0<strong>10 de agosto de 2025<\/strong>\u00a0no se aplicar\u00e1 la reducci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA)<\/strong>\u00a0del 15 % al 8 % para el sector tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n responde a que a\u00fan no est\u00e1 aprobado el\u00a0<strong>Reglamento General de la Ley Org\u00e1nica para el Fortalecimiento de las \u00c1reas Protegidas<\/strong>, documento necesario para ejecutar la rebaja tributaria.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-iva-reducido-es-habitual-en-feriados-no-recuperables\"><strong>El IVA reducido es habitual en feriados no recuperables<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En Ecuador, los\u00a0<strong>feriados nacionales no recuperables<\/strong>\u00a0suelen contar con una reducci\u00f3n temporal del IVA para hoteles, restaurantes y actividades tur\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta medida busca incentivar el consumo interno.<\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el beneficio <strong>no se aplicar\u00e1<\/strong> y la tarifa s<strong>e mantendr\u00e1 en\u00a015%<\/strong>\u00a0durante todo el periodo de descanso por el <strong>feriado del 10 de Agosto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-turismo-se-prepara-para-el-feriado\"><strong>Turismo se prepara para el feriado<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la\u00a0<strong>Costa<\/strong>, playas de\u00a0<strong>Manab\u00ed, Santa Elena y Esmeraldas<\/strong>\u00a0prev\u00e9n recibir miles de visitantes.<\/p>\n<p>En la\u00a0<strong>Sierra<\/strong>, ciudades como\u00a0<strong>Cuenca y Loja<\/strong>\u00a0organizan desfiles, eventos culturales y ferias gastron\u00f3micas para conmemorar el Primer Grito de Independencia.<\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio de Turismo indic\u00f3 que el reglamento para aplicar la rebaja del IVA se encuentra en elaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez aprobado, la medida volver\u00e1 a estar vigente en pr\u00f3ximos feriados.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mas-noticias\">M\u00e1s noticias:<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"\/>  <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Turistas ecuatorianos durante un feriado nacional.
